Dialéticas da inclusão e da exclusão: lideranças portuguesas de São Paulo e a questão da invisibilidade

The article presents a panorama about tensions and interests, meanings and significations, which are behind of distincts interpretations and reactions from lusa associative leaderships of São Paulo to the inclusion/exclusion policies by portuguese State based in a deterritorialization nation project. To aim to exploring the macropolitic and transnational ambit of this project as well as its conections of micropolitic universe disputes among associations by São Paulo city, the text takes as an analitic axis the question about the invisibility by portuguese immigrants on che associative leaderships discourse.
