The main objective of this article is to present the research developed around Fernando Namora’s work (1919-1989), based on the experience provided by the scholarship offered by Real Gabinete Português de Leitura and Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian. The scholarship allowed the development of the project called Cidade Solitária e O Rio Triste: A Lisboa de Fernando Namora, resulting in the creation of two pages to integrate the online section of the Projeto Páginas Luso-Brasileiras em Movimento. This experience also resulted in the creation of the PhD project Cidade, Corpo e Solidão Fernando Namora, under development in the Graduate Program in Literature Studies at the Fluminense Federal University.
