In the novel by Agustina Bessa-Luís, Antes do degelo, which dialogues with Crime and punishment, by Fyodor Dostoevsky, one of the way so freading is to think of crime as an idea that often goes beyond the meaning of the police narrative. when speculating about representations, the Augustinian text asks itself about questions that refer to the original meaning and reflect son the emptying of meanings in the world contemporary, bringing as one of the possibilities the creation as a process permanent attempt to recover the original loss.
