Neste ensaio em que percorre com especial acuidade a vasta produção literária de Lídia Jorge, escritora portuguesa contemporânea traduzida em diversas línguas e galardoarda com inúmeros prémios literários nacionais e internacionais, Maria Graciete Besse centra-se na problematização de uma ética de teor marcadamente feminino.
