Abstract

The author discusses his video poem “Tão Pequeno” (So Small), created in 2006 based on a song by Caetano Veloso that was part of the soundtrack for the dance spectacle “Onqotô” by the Corpo dance company, also listing other new media works based on the work of Luís de Camões.

André Vallias, Pesquisador independente

Poeta, designer gráfico e produtor de mídia interativa. Foi co-curador de diversas exposições de poesia visual e digital, entre as quais: Transfutur (1990), p0es1e – digitale dichtkunst (1992) e POIESIS – poema entre pixel e programa (2007). É autor de Heine, hein? (Perspectiva, 2011), TOTEM (Cultura e Barbárie, 2014), ORATORIO (Azougue, 2015), Bertolt Brecht: Poesia (Perspectiva, 2019) e Byron – Poemas, cartas, diários &c. (Perspectiva, 2024).
