Abstract

A partir do fim da Segunda Guerra Mundial, a interdependência cresceu de tal modo em complexidade que já não é possível a nenhum Estado assumir viavelmente o projecto da suficiência e do isolamento: Cuba é nesta data o exemplo, dispensável, do sacrifício de um povo pelo ideologismo de um sistema desligado da realidade.
